Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my statistics on a new device?
Solitaire One stores statistics and preferences locally on each device. They do not currently sync across devices. Reinstalling the app or clearing its storage will reset your stats.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
Solitaire One is free and supported by occasional ads. There are no in-app purchases. Ads appear between games, never during play.
Why am I seeing ads in a different language?
Ads are served by the Google AdMob network based on your device region and language. ByteSolo Labs does not control the content of individual ads. If you see an ad that violates Google's policies, please tap the small "info" icon on the ad to report it.
How do I withdraw consent for personalized ads (EEA / UK)?
Open Solitaire One, go to Settings, and tap Privacy options to review or change your consent choices. This option is shown only for users in regions where consent is required.
How do I delete my data?
Solitaire One does not have user accounts. All gameplay data (statistics, settings, saved games) is stored only on your device and is deleted as soon as you clear the app's data or uninstall the app:
- Android Settings → Apps → Solitaire One → Storage → Clear data — removes all on-device data and resets the analytics install identifier.
- Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID — severs ad-targeting linkage to your previous activity.
Anonymous usage analytics and ad-targeting data are processed by Google (Firebase Analytics and AdMob) using a per-install pseudonymous identifier — never your name, email, or any account. To request deletion of this data from our service providers:
- Email bytesololabs@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
- We will respond within seven days with confirmation and any additional steps you can take on your device.
